SUMMERTIME
STEWARDSHIP Remember to be
faithful with your financial stewardship through the summer months. Tithes
and offerings are needed to maintain the demands for mission trips,
activities and current expenses. THE GEORGE &
GERTRUDE KENNEDY BENEVOLENT
FUND This fund was
established in 1982 by the Kennedy family, with the primary purpose to
provide financial assistance to those in need of help, promote and foster the
ministries of the Wilkesboro Baptist Church, and the spreading of the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. First consideration shall be given to present and former
members of our church with particular emphasis on the needs of the elderly.
However, assistance from the fund may be made for the benefit of any poor,
distressed and needy person. All requests are kept confidential. GA Melissa and Meah
Osborne will attend the Mother/Daughter GA Camp at Camp Mundo Vista July
14-16. Please keep them in your prayers. COLLEGE MISSION Please continue to pray
for the college mission team in Dominican Republic through July 14. LIBRARY NEWS The Summer
Reading Club meets this Friday and every Friday in July from |
