THE GEORGE & GERTRUDE KENNEDY

BENEVOLENT FUND

This fund was established in 1982 by the Kennedy family, with the primary purpose to provide financial assistance to those in need of help, promote and foster the ministries of the Wilkesboro Baptist Church, and the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. First consideration shall be given to present and former members of our church with particular emphasis on the needs of the elderly. However, assistance from the fund may be made for the benefit of any poor, distressed and needy person. All requests are kept confidential.

 

MISSING DISHES?

Dishes from previous covered dish luncheons and funeral meals are in the kitchen. Please pick up dishes within the next 2 weeks.

 

NC MISSIONS CELEBRATION—REGION 7

Monday, August 16 at WBC

Presented by NC Baptist Men

Meal begins at 6:00 p.m.

with program to follow

For all who are involved or interested in missions. (Men, Women, Youth) Special emphasis on Haiti earthquake response, NC Mission Camps, national and international missions. No charge for the meal but please make reservations in the church office by August 8.
